Abstract Introduction/Objective Ewing sarcoma is a cancer involving the bones or tissue around bones. It second most common malignant bone tumour comprising 10-15% of all primary tumours, commonly affecting children and young adults. can also be seen in adults also. Males are more affected then females. Any but lower extremity, pelvis, upper axial skeleton ribs, face cases. Similar histology tumours when soft peripheral primitive neuroectodermal (pPNET), neuroepithelioma, Askin tumour. always difficult to know site tissues involved as it infiltration from bone. Penis least with Ewing’s male. Methods/Case Report This case report 22 year old male penile lesion. He presented chief complaints mass at shaft penis. The partial penectomy specimen was received along bilateral inguinal lymph node. On gross there ulcero-proliferative growth. Results (if Case Study Enter NA) histopathological examination showed small blue round cell further immunohistochemistry CD99 NKX2.2 revealed diagnosis sarcoma, however nodes reactive lymphoid hyperplasia. Conclusion region rarest entity. Only 7 cases reported worldwide. imaging modalities like CT MRI used extension. primarily based on morphological features, immunohistochemical analysis translocation analysis. However important find out if any other involved. prognostic markers presence absence metastasis, size tumour, necrosis fusion transcripts.
